Services

Lavastack provides web development, application development, and related digital services. We work with clients to deliver custom solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements.

Payment Terms

We use a flexible 4-stage payment structure to ensure transparency and mutual trust:

  • 25% upon signing the contract: This initial payment secures your project slot and allows us to begin planning and design work.
  • 25% after design approval: Once you approve the design mockups and wireframes, the second payment is due.
  • 25% upon beta completion: When the development reaches beta stage and core functionality is complete, the third payment is required.
  • 25% upon final delivery: The final payment is due upon project completion, testing, and handover of all deliverables including source code.

All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may result in project delays.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees, you become the owner of the source code and all deliverables. However, the following restrictions apply:

  • No Commercial Resale: You may not resell the source code commercially to third parties without prior written agreement from Lavastack.
  • Attribution: While you own the code, we retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing materials (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
  • Third-Party Components: Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or components used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Lavastack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data or business opportunities.
  • Delays caused by third-party services (hosting, APIs, etc.).
  • Issues arising from client-provided content or requirements.
  • Modifications made to the code by parties other than Lavastack after project delivery.

Project Scope and Changes

The project scope is defined in the initial contract. Any changes or additions to the original scope will be evaluated separately and may result in additional costs and extended timelines. We welcome feedback and additions, but these must be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

Support and Maintenance

We provide 30 days of free technical support after project delivery to ensure stability and address any immediate issues. After this period, maintenance and support services are available through optional maintenance packages.
